Aaron Conrey
Managing Partner
Aaron Conrey is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Data Center Solutions, bringing more than 23 years of experience across mission-critical operations, engineering, and strategy. His career began as a naval nuclear power plant operator before advancing through critical infrastructure sales, commissioning, and leadership roles at QTS Data Centers, where he most recently served as Vice President of Hyperscale Solutions Engineering. With expertise spanning all major data center engineering disciplines, Aaron plays a key role in guiding Trinity’s execution-focused approach to high-performance infrastructure.
Nabon Marsico
Managing Partner
Nabon Marsico is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Data Center Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience across data center construction, operations, and hyperscale infrastructure. His career began as a nuclear-trained Electrician’s Mate in the U.S. Navy, followed by work with critical power systems at Emerson Network Power before moving into data center construction and operations. Nabon has overseen more than 30 facilities, led or supported 20+ data center builds and expansions, and most recently served as a Hyperscale Solutions Engineer at QTS Data Centers, supporting some of the world’s most sophisticated data center users.
